There are two forms of communication, the first one is the transmission model. The transmission model you can say is sort of like transportation. It is like transportation because you are transporting the message to the receiver. You have to make sure that you are sending the right message to the receiver. In order for this model to work you (the receiver) has to make sure what you are receiving is the same as the message that was sent to you. Basically this model is transporting one message to the next person correctly. This model is the most known.
The next model is the cultural model, this model on the other hand is not that known although it is used everyday. This model deals with social communication and common culture. Different people from different cultures may hear the same message but interpret it in a different way. This model of communication is like a map or shared space, many cultures and people coexist in it.
